​This year conference will be held in hybrid format, i.e. both on site at Chalmers, and online via Teams. The theme for this year conference is “Additive manufacturing meets machining”.

We are pleased to invite you to meet colleagues from other companies/institutes/universities and at the same time take part in the latest research results in our centres.

MCR (Chalmers Centre for Metal Cutting Research) and DMMS (Centre for Design and Management of Manufacturing Systems, KTH) are two competence centres in the field of component manufacturing with a special focus on cutting machining and production systems. Our common ambition is to carry out international cutting-edge research and dissemination of knowledge in the field of component manufacturing in close collaboration with our member companies. We therefore collaborate on many levels and in November we will hold our joint conference at Chalmers Campus Johanneberg in Gothenburg.
