Course is normally given: constantly.

Graduate school: Mathematical Statistics.

Course description

The doctoral student should participate in at least 50 scientific seminars spread out over time and mainly with Mathematical Statistics in focus. 10 seminars may be replaced by a full seminar talk by the student in question. Up to 10 seminars may be replaced by active participation in the organisation of a seminar series.

Course examination

The doctoral student is required to
  1. keep a record of seminars attended to and given by the students themselves,
  2. write an assay with reflections on what has been learnt.
