European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) serve as comprehensive resources, empowering companies, and public sector organizations to tackle digital challenges and enhance their competitiveness. Within this framework, AM-EDIH focuses on digital aspects of AM. It educates and develops skills to quickly reach the technology front through digital solutions.

Digitalisation – a necessary means to succeed in AM?

Additive Manufacturing is rapidly establishing as a new manufacturing method in practice. To benefit from its opportunities, efficiently dealing with data and information is key. During this session, we will explore different digitalization means (modelling, measuring, controlling, collaborating, etc) shedding light on its acceleration and influence. Industrial cases, latest research and sharing of experiences together will be on the agenda. The workshop is organized by the AM EDIH, supported by Tillväxtverket. Coffee and Lunch included for participants on site, main session (10-12) open also online. The focus is on SME’s but anyone interested in the topic is welcome. Attendance is free but requires registration.

During October and November, a series of short “teaser talks” will be offered as Online Breakfast seminars 08:30-09:15, 20 min topic presentation followed by general Q&A sessions on October 24th, and November 7th. No need for registration, just add it to your calendar!
