Tiina Nypelö forskar på materialen av träbaserade partiklar och föreningar. Forskning involverar cellulosa, hemicellulosar och lignin med betoning på ytan, gränssnitt, och intermolekylära interaktioner. Hon har varit på Chalmers från 2017.
