Current research projects:
Oxidized hemicelluloses for films and gels (Vetenskapsrådet)
Wood-polymer films -surface matters (WWSC)
HEMISURF (SNS)
Cellulose nanomaterials in flow (AoA Materials, Chalmers)
Hydro and oleogels for medical technology (Kristina Stenborg Stiftelse)

Master and Bchelor students! We have  thesis topics available in the following areas:
Assembly of cellulose nanomaterials to films
Photopatterning of celluloses for capillary separation (with Rise and TUGraz)
Simultaneous extraction and oxidation of hemicelluloses (with BillerudKorsnäs)
Development of physico-chemical analysis of cellulose by refractive index (Bachelor thesis work)
