Wait until it is time for you to activate your CID.
High load
In August, during the first days when all new students start activating their CID, the load on MyAccount is very high. This causes strange errors and unexpected behavior during login and activation. The load decreases after a few days.
Do not keep trying repeatedly – wait and try again later.
There is no rush to activate your CID.
Note: If MyAccount has overload problems, you must wait.
All staff at Chalmers, including IT Support and Chalmers Service Center, are also affected and cannot activate your CID for you.
