Scandinavian Growth Creators II promotes innovation, collaboration, and growth in Scandinavia. By connecting students with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public workplaces, the project brings updated knowledge and competencies in innovation and entrepreneurship into the organizations.

The project aims to develop the skills of 200 employees across approximately 80 companies in driving innovation processes alongside students.
Building upon the success of the Scandinavian Growth Creators initiative, which ran from 2019 to 2022, this project focuses on pairing students with micro-businesses in Denmark and Sweden. During the previous initiative, the project team developed and launched a toolbox to facilitate business development. This time, the collaboration extends to SMEs and public organizations, including hospitals, working alongside innovative students.
It is a three-year project funded by Interreg Øresund-Kattegat-Skagerak and EU funds.
