Presenter: Rikard Söderberg, Professor in Product and Production Development, Department of Industrial and Materials Science.
Abstract: Variation simulation has been developed and implemented in industry over the last decades. The main purpose is to support early product and production development phases towards “first product right”, increase quality and avoid costly prototypes and test series.
In this seminar we show how variation simulation can be used as digital twins to control and improve quality and the output from running production.
Date & time: 15 April, 2021, 11:00-12:00. 30 minutes seminar with Q&A afterwards.
