Chalmers recently joined a collaboration (Vårdinitiativet) with nine other partners (see list below). The aim is to develop and create visibility for health care research and utilization. Chalmers is represented in the steering committee by AoA Life Science Engineering and the collaboration bridges over more than seven departments and six centers at Chalmers.
At Chalmers, we have started a network of researchers that all work with the challenges within the area, spanning from health care to wellbeing with the individual in focus. The involved researchers are very enthusiastic and hope to build a forum where researchers, companies, the public sector, and users can meet and try new ideas - and make sure that the efforts reach society. At the latest meeting Andreas Hellström, Inga Malmqvist, Bengt- Arne Sjöqvist, Leif Sandsjö, and Britt Gabrielsson discussed future collaborations and activities.
Next meeting is August 20, let us know if you are interested to join us or want to get more information at Lifescience@chalmers.se
