Navigating a stormy world
Johan Norberg is a historian of ideas and a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute. He has written several bestselling and award-winning books on economics, politics, and history, translated into more than 30 languages. His latest book, Peak Human: What We Can Learn from the Rise and Fall of Golden Ages, was one of The Economist’s Best Books of 2025.

As Head of Trucks Technology & Industrial Division at Volvo Group, Jens Holtinger holds the end-to-end responsibility for procurement, development, and production of trucks globally. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for shaping Volvo Group's technology strategy across its full portfolio of products and services, with an emphasis on advanced transport solutions in electromobility, connectivity, and autonomy.
