You will not receive a confirmation sent by email.

What will happen now?

The scholarship awardees will receive the offer between March and the middle of May. Chalmers scholarship committee cannot give any preliminary notifications of whether a scholarship applicant will be offered a scholarship or not.


If you receive an offer, you must confirm that you accept the scholarship offer by the deadline specified in the notification. All applicants will receive information via email when the selection period is completed and closed. If you did not receive an offer by the scholarship committee by then, you were not selected for a scholarship.

Please note the following:

  • If you want to update or make changes to a previously submitted scholarship application, please go to the webpage "How to apply for scholarships" and log in to the portal with your user id (application number from universityadmissions.se). Take note! Information submitted in your previous application will not be accessible. A blank form will appear, and you must fill out all the information again before submitting the new application. Follow the instruction that is sent to your email address.
  • Only the latest submitted application is considered.
  • If you have received a new application number at universityadmissions.se, after you first applied for a scholarship administrated by Chalmers, you must submit a new scholarship application with the new application number from universityadmissions.se as before deadline.
  • Only scholarship applications with correct information, including your current application number from universityadmissions.se, will be considered.
