Yesterday, we received the terrible news about the school shooting in Örebro. In light of this violent act, we are flying our flags at half-mast today. Our thoughts are with all those affected and their families. We are all deeply moved when such senseless violence strikes a school environment.
Chalmers campus remains open and welcoming to students, staff, and the surrounding community. We want it to continue to be this way. However, we must constantly adapt our working methods and security measures in response to events in the world around us. We will analyze and learn from what happened in Örebro to strengthen our preparedness.
