Transport research at Chalmers contributes to the development of sustainable, safe and efficient mobility systems for people and goods. In close collaboration with industry, public authorities and international partners, we address key challenges related to freight and passenger transport, logistics and electromobility, transport technologies, and automated and connected transport safety. Located in Gothenburg, a major hub for the automotive and transport industries, Chalmers offers unique opportunities to develop and test new transport solutions that support the transition to climate-neutral mobility.
