Organisation and governance
Chalmers has been a private university since 1994, with the Chalmers University of Technology Foundation as its owner. The organisational freedom provided by the foundation form means that we can shape our operations as a cohesive university group. Different parts can thus develop top environments in parallel, driven by various logic. Governance and management are developed and adapted to the culture of different organisations.
