Arrival day in August

One day every year in August, the members of Chalmers International Reception Committee (CIRC) will be at Gothenburg Landvetter airport and welcome all international students to Gothenburg. At the airport, you will be given a map over the city and a free ticket for the Airport coaches.

When you enter the bus, show your ticket to the bus driver. When you reach Gothenburg Central Station, the CIRC phadders will meet up and help you to buy a ticket which you must pay for yourself. This ticket will allow you to travel to your accommodation by tram or bus.

What to do if I can't arrive during these hours?

If you don't have the opportunity to arrive on our Arrival day you will find the time table and prices for the Airport coaches in the link below.
Airport coaches

You can buy tickets for the airport coaches online, in a vending machine or from the driver. When you enter the bus, show your ticket to the bus driver. When you reach Gothenburg City you will have to buy a new ticket that will allow you to travel to your accommodation.

The Arrival day form is now closed and will re-open in Spring 2027
