Only copies of paper degree certificates
This form only applies to copies of degree certificates issued on paper. Degree certificates were issued on paper until 1 April 2024 for bachelor’s and master’s degrees and until the turn of the year 2024/2025 for doctoral degrees.
No digital degree certificates
Today degree certificates are issued digitally. You can download digital degree certificates from Ladok for students/alumni yourself.
Only already issued degrees
This form only applies to degrees that has already been issued. To apply for a degree, go to the page Apply for the award of your degree.
Verify education
You can download an official transcript of records yourself from Ladok, if you want an excerpt from your reported study results. If you no longer have an active login Chalmers Servicecenter can help you with a transcript of records. Also read Verification of education and degrees.

Fields marked with * are mandatory. Other fields are optional but can help in the search for the certificate. In accordance with Swedish law you are entitled to be anonymous whilst requesting a public record (SFS 1949:105), however, to be able to receive the degree certificate it is important that you leave an address or an e-mail address.
If you need to attach documents, you need to send them separately to arkiv@chalmers.se. Please state the name you entered as 'Your name' in the form into the e-mail Subject.
