Chalmers has a strong position in the broad area of Production, focusing on digitalised production systems, scalable and robust manufacturing processes, digital product and process development, and production within a circular economy. Research is carried out in close collaboration with industry and research institutes in Sweden and internationally. By combining engineering science, digital technologies and industrial applications, we develop new methods and tools that enable sustainable and competitive manufacturing systems for the future.
The position as Assistant Professor comes with a five-year tenure track position with a generous start-up package, relocation support and mentoring, and leadership training to further your development as research leader and teacher.
