Generic and Transferable Skills

Scientists of today need both deep academic excellence and competence to tackle complex interdisciplinary challenges that contribute to a sustainable societal development. Generic and Transferable Skills (GTS) is an educational initiative that intends to highlight and develop the generic and transferable skills of PhD students at Chalmers. All doctoral students adopted after 1 September 2012, are required to read a selection of these courses.

More information about GTS courses and activities is available on the Chalmers intranet (requires login).
