Due to a visit to campus, certain indoor and outdoor areas at the MC2 building and Forskarhus Fysik will be closed on Wednesday 21 October.
Indoor closures 13.00–16.30
The following parts of Canyon, between the MC2 building and Forskarhus Fysik, will be closed:
Canyon on floors 3 and 4.
All galleries and connecting walkways.
Stairwells towards the centre of Canyon.
Stairwells adjacent to the main entrance.
Lifts adjacent to the main entrance.
Alternative access routes
Forskarhus Fysik: Use the connecting walkway between Fysikhuset and Forskarhus Fysik on floor 7.
MC2 building: Use the entrance by the lunchroom on the north side of the building.
Between floors in the MC2 building: Use the stairwells that do not connect to Canyon.
Outdoor closures 13.00–16.30
The following areas will be closed:
Kemivägen.
The slope between the MC2 building/Forskarhus Fysik and Kemihuset.
Fysikgränd.
Car and bicycle parking closed all day
Car and bicycle parking within the area marked on the map will be closed throughout 21 October.
Bicycles and other vehicles must be removed by the evening of 20 October at the latest.
In an emergency
In the event of a fire alarm, evacuation or other emergency, the usual evacuation routes may be used.
