In conjunction with the Swedish Mechanics Days 2024, the National Committee, with support from Swedish industry, announces five awards for PhD students active in the field of mechanics. The awards are supported by Swedish industry and amount to 20,000 SEK.
The prizes awarded are:
- The Alleima award in Mechanics of Materials
- The GKN aerospace award in Mechanics
- The LKAB award in Mechanics
- The SAAB award in Mechanics and Material technology for aeronautical applications
- The Tetra Pak award in Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
