A successful academic life can be challenging in terms of balancing high-ambition and fulfilling demands from the academic environment. Therefore, Health Engineering Area of Advance launches a series of events with the ambition to equip Chalmers' researchers with knowledge and tools for how to manage and balance life as an ambitious academic.

Déborah Rupert, PhD in physics. As a professional coach, she supports science innovators with knowledge and tools designed to take care of their mind and thus protect them from burnout.
13:30-15:00 A good life is not comfortable
Clas Malmström, is a medical doctor, a former stress researcher at the Karolinska Institute and a coach for development of healthy work environments. He will present strategies on how to maintain a healthy academic life, face challenges and engage in solutions as an important aspect of “mental training” to reduce stress.
