The Innovation Platform in Region Västra Götaland invites you to a perspective forum to discuss technologies that can take hospital care at home into the future!
The purpose is to gain perspectives on the challenges of care and dialogue about the needs and challenges that have emerged during the project Hospital care at home, where representatives of several case studies in different activities in the Region Västra Götaland participate.

Target group
We are looking for you who work in business, academia or healthcare, and who are curious and want to contribute to improvements in healthcare and the specific topic.
Registration
Please register as soon as possible, no later than 25 August.
As we have a limited number of places and we want a good spread of participants with different backgrounds and skills, we may make a selection among the registrations. Therefore, it is important that you indicate what you can contribute with.
We will get back to you with a separate confirmation of your participation at the end of week 35. You will receive a link to the meeting in connection with your confirmation email.
About the project Development of hospital care at home
The project Development of hospital care at home is led by the Collaborative platform for Healthcare Improvement, CHI, at Chalmers University of Technology and is run in collaboration with Sahlgrenska University Hospital, Södra Älvsborg Hospital, Skaraborg Hospital, Skåne University Hospital Malmö, the research group "Care at distance" at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Physical Resource Theory at the Department of Space, Earth and Environment and Health Engineering Area of Advance at Chalmers, and the Innovation Platform in Region Västra Götaland.
Medtech4Health and Miljö- och regionutvecklingsnämnden in Region Västra Götaland are funding the project.
