This includes design and planning, right the way through to production and into operations and maintenance. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of how digital tools, data flows, and automation are changing the fundamentals of construction projects, and how you can lead that transformation. Courses cover areas like design management, BIM coordination, digital construction processes, and change management in organisations undergoing digital transformation. The specialisation can be completed within the first year, leaving the second year open for exchange studies or further choice of elective courses.
