Abstract submission

Maximum poster size is A0, portrait orientation (width 84cm, height 119cm).

Please use the abstract template (Word docx) to prepare your abstract. 

• Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format.
• The file name should contain the full name of the presenting author.
• Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 15 January 2025.

If your abstract is accepted for a talk, you will be notified by 3 March 2025.

All conference attendees are welcome to present a poster, but should still submit an abstract.
