Experiences from Starting and Running Companies in the Context of Production Research

ABSTRACT:

In my talk, I will focus on the lessons learned from starting, running, and failing with startup companies. I will talk about the need to reinvent yourself and the difference between research and getting a product on the market. I have experience starting at least five companies, where three have seen some success in the marketplace. I will also talk about why I find the innovation part of research fun and encourage you to do the same. It is worth trying.
