Abstract: At TU Delft service mathematics is provided by mathematicians. About 40 staff members deliver basic mathematics courses to 20.000 students per year. In this talk I share the material developed in the PRogramme of Innovation in Mathematics Education (PRIME): applets, online exercises, slides, videos, etc . Moreover I would like to discuss what it takes for such a large-scale innovation with tailored approaches to different study programmes to succeed and keep on doing so.
