C3NiT is a Vinnova Competence Centre focused on enabling the next generation of power and high-frequency electronics through cutting-edge research in III-nitride semiconductors. The centre brings together Lund University, Linköping University, and Chalmers University of Technology, along with a broad range of industrial partners covering the full value chain—from material growth to system-level applications.

Program Highlights:

  • Invited talks from leading external experts in the field
  • Presentations from C3NiT industry partners showcasing collaborative innovations
  • Project updates from ongoing centre research initiatives
  • Pitch presentations from PhD students involved in C3NiT projects
  • Poster session featuring current research and development
  • Networking and mingling opportunities throughout the day

This event offers a unique opportunity to engage with researchers, engineers, and industry leaders working at the forefront of III-nitride technology. Whether you're involved in academia, industry, or policy, we believe you'll find the discussions both insightful and inspiring.

Even though the event is free of charge, registration is required. You will find the registration link further down.

We look forward to welcoming you to a day dedicated to knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
