Chalmers’ fundamental values – quality, openness, inclusion, respect, diversity – must underpin everything we do, from Chalmers student associations to research partnerships with external partners.
Equality between women and men is a prerequisite for Chalmers to be a good place to work and study, and for us to develop as a technical university. Equality is about attitudes and values but also about gender distribution and salaries.
The equality effort at Chalmers is focused both on strategic questions and preventive work, but also on dealing with harassment and conflicts and on creating favourable conditions for a sustainable work environment.
