Our colleague and friend Professor Per-Erik Josephson, after a brief illness, left us in grief and loss on March 1, 2016.

Per-Erik Josephson was a Full Professor at the Division of Construction Management. His main research interest deals with how clients, designers and contractors develop and manage resource efficient construction processes. The studies include how firms and project organizations organize their processes as well as how leaders and managers on various organizational levels behave to achieve results. Key areas are industry development, corporate strategies and change management. Methods for measuring and understanding efficiency are central
