Mursalin Sajib

PhD student

Mursalin Sajib is a Ph.D. student at the division of Food and Nutrition Science. The aim of his PhD project is to valorize fish processing by-products to silages. Silaging (ensilaging) of fish processing by-products provides a viable option to preserve by-products and at the same time produce nutritive products which can be used both for animal and human consumption. In his project, he will specifically investigate the role of blood and other pro-oxidants for lipid oxidation development during the silage process.
