Associate Professor, Architecture and Civil Engineering, Water Environment Technology

Ekaterina is an Associate Professor in the Division of Water Environment Technology, research theme Hazards and risks for drinking water resources and treatment and research theme Urban environments and systems, at Chalmers.

As an Associate Professor in Water System Modelling, Ekaterina leads and participates in research projects in water engineering. The focus of her research is the water quality in surface water sources. In her research, Ekaterina uses modelling to simulate the processes in surface waters. This provides decision-support information regarding mitigation and prevention measures. Ekaterina teaches and supervises students on BSc, MSc, and PhD levels.
