Carl Wänström

Senior Lecturer, Technology Management and Economics

Carl Wänström is a senior lecturer and a researcher at the division supply and operations Management. He has been working with Lean management since 2003 and his research interest is within work organization and management, how to design, organize and manage work in a production environment from a socio-technical perspective. His future research will focus on how to design, organize and manage sustainable work places, in order to achieve high work motivation (self-determination theory), productivity and good psycho-social working environment. Further, Carl is supervising PhD students, teaching master courses as well as courses in continuing and professional studies, and is the director of master’s program in supply chain management.
