Andrea Egeskog does research within the bioenergy field. Production of sugarcane based ethanol from Brazil is her focus area. How sugarcane based ethanol production as well as sugarcane expansion for ethanol affect the greenhouse gas balance is a relevant question. Andrea is also very interested in questions regarding socioeconomic effects stemming from sugarcane expansion.
