Alexey Pavolotsky received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Moscow Aircraft Technology Institute / Technical University, in 1990 and 2003, both in material science and engineering. His research interests include low-Tc thin film processing and characterization, as well as micro fabrication in general
