About the course
The present PhD course will cover the following topics:
- Carbon-based nanomaterials (including fullerenes, carbon nanodots, carbon nanotubes, graphene), their characterization, functionalization, and applications
- Metalorganic frameworks (MOFs), covalent-organic frameworks (COFs) and Single Crystal X-ray Diffraction (SC-XRD)
- Cellulose-based materials
- Materials for energy conversion: solar cells, fuel cells, photon upconversion systems, singlet fission, photocatalysis
- Materials for energy storage: batteries, supercapacitors, solar energy storage
