I'm interested in developing droplet-based high throughput methodology, including multiplex gene synthesis, in vitro transcription and expression, cell cultivation within droplets and high throughput sorting, with the combination of microfluidics, flow cytometry and antomated liquid handling. I am also experienced in protein design and engineering, with &gt;500 protein expression and purification experience. I'm also open to collaborations, with full experience collaborating deeply with Microsoft Research, King's College of London (KCL) and also institutions from China and India.
