This specialisation combines theoretical mechanics with powerful computational methods, providing the tools needed to investigate complex engineering problems across a wide range of applications.

You will work with continuum mechanics, material modelling, finite element methods, and structural dynamics. Other topics include composite materials, vibrations, damage and fatigue, non-linear dissipative behaviour, and machine-learning-assisted engineering.
