Cancelled: Research supporting the design of the physical healthcare environment: Webinar and publication.

Systematically searching literature is a fundamental part of evidence-based practice. CVA's publication "EBD 2020 – Evidence-Based Design: Research Supporting the Design of the Physical Healthcare Environment" is based on a systematic search of scientific studies published between 2010 and 2019 that investigated how aspects of the physical healthcare environment affected patients, relatives, and staff. The report can be used to inform evidence-based practice when programming or designing healthcare environments. An English translation is now complete and can be found on our page for publications. To mark this publication and reach out to potential stakeholders we will hold a webinar about the translated report. We will be accompanied by Mike Apple, who participated in the translation. Mike is an architect and researcher from USA who has also worked and studied in Sweden.
