At Chalmers we have yearly masters’ courses in the Healthcare Studio. The courses are given in the Architecture program and allow for international students together with Swedish students to engage in the complexity of healthcare design.

The two courses are based on a real project with actual clients. The students are trained in design approaches to address complex challenges and the work is based on prerequisites and conditions from the healthcare sector. This year the objective has been to design a primary care center in Region Skåne.
Friday January 17th, 10.00-12.00, the student’s will present their projects, a presentation that also will be sent as a webinar. At the webinar Katarina Kempe and Eva Fredlund from Region Skåne will participate and comment. They work with the actual projects and have been acting as clients and commentators in the course. Also teachers and supervisors from Chalmer will participate.
Join us and become inspired by the student’s take on requirements and challenges related to a deep building on a tight plot. The webinar will be both in English and Swedish.
