Abstract
Swedish health and medical care face major challenges that cannot be solved merely by individual parties or by providing additional resources. How we use data and information in healthcare will play an increasingly vital role for safer and more efficient care. It requires new ways of working and more collaboration. By using the latest tools including AI, we can provide new insights as to how healthcare can be developed.
In this overview session, Markus will talk about what is required for – and recent progress made towards – a more information driven care in Sweden. A useful Swedish reference: Handbook on Information driven care.
Target group
PhD students and other researchers at Chalmers, Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg, and the Sahlgrenska University Hospital, working with health and engineering.
Cost
The seminar is arranged by the Gothenburg Research School of Health Engineering and is free of charge.
