Abstract:

Large-scale quantum processors are needed to achieve quantum computational advantage and implement useful quantum algorithms. To this end, flip-chip integration technologies are widely used to route input/output signals to the qubits in a scalable way. In this talk, I will show you our successful development of flip-chip quantum devices with qubit coherence and gate fidelities that are similar to our single-chip performance. Building upon this work, I will also show you our design and characterization of our newly fabricated 25-qubit flip-chip-integrated superconducting quantum processors.
