Performance anxiety is a term used to describe the pressure, stress, and anxiety connected to the expectation to perform.

This lecture, led by a psychologist, is designed to give you as a student both knowledge and practical tools. You will gain a clearer understanding of what performance anxiety is, how it can affect your actual ability to perform, and how to manage it in a way that supports your well-being.
