We will consider the difference between meaningful allyship and performative allyship, and how we can develop working practices and processes that allow us to support and understand each other in our everyday working lives and interactions with others.

Allyship is an expression to describe efforts by groups of people to advance the interests of marginalized groups both in society at large and in particular social contexts, for example universities or workplaces.
