Based on a Swedish context, this presentation aims to answer the following questions:

• Where to find jobs?
• How to update your LinkedIn profile
• What should a CV and your cover letter contain
• How should you think with regard to salary?

We will finish with a 30-minute panel and Q&A with Friedrich and international alumni who have found employment in Sweden, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Speaker:
Friedrich Heger, labour law specialist. Friedrich works since 2012 as a national officer for trade unions, currently for the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers (Sveriges Ingenjörer) in Gothenburg. His work involves negotiations with employers, members coaching and training of local union boards. Areas of expertise include pensions and higher education.
