Abstract:
In this project, the task is to identify and modify optimal electrical circuitry that can be used to drive a transducer in a bone-conduction hearing device. The components which will be tested are provided by Oticon Medical AB. The properties that will be evaluated are power consumption, MRI compatibility, amount of force generated by the transducer, and other important factors which affect the functionality of the hearing device. The product that will be delivered is ultimately a supplement to already existing constituents in Oticon’s hearing devices.
