In May 2024, the 100th doctoral student will defend her doctoral thesis since the establishment of the Department, setting the scene for a summer party that will start with parallel seminar activities and study visits to which current staff as well as former doctoral students, Departmental advisory team and other external guests are invited.

Welcome to this year's big diploma exhibition within the architecture programme at Chalmers! This year's edition of the diploma exhibition includes over 100 projects; come and see what engages the architects of the future and participate in the contemporary architectural conversation.
The graduation exhibition can be visited at Ljusgården in the SB building, Sven Hultins gata 6, between May 27 - June 7.
The exhibition presents thesis projects from the two master programmes Architecture and Planning Beyond Sustainability and Architecture and Urban Design.
Students do their thesis project in one of the following profiles:
