Ahfaz Ahmed

Post doc at Mechanics and Maritime Sciences, Divison of Combustion and Propulsion Systems

Ahfaz Ahmed's research lies at the intersection of engines and fuels and he specializes in studies of fuel properties, chemical kinetics and their effect on engine combustion. At Chalmers, Ahfaz is working on machine learning/ artificial intelligence-based optimization of diesel engines for novel renewable fuels. His goal is to make mobility more sustainable with the implementation of advanced modelling and experimental techniques.
