Employeeship is an approach to developing a culture of ownership and responsibility in an organisation, not just among leaders but all employees. Employeeship has been adopted and researched most notably in Sweden.
We want to emphasise employeeship as a component that is equally important as leadership to creating an effective organisation. We are working to strengthen employeeship through active workshops for everyone at Chalmers. At these workshops, you will be given the opportunity to reflect about our values and how you are helping bring them to life.
