Elanghovan Natesan

Elanghovan Natesan is Research Engineer at IMS, based at the Materials Technology research group. His research work is mainly focused on formulation of efficient constitutive and fracture models to describe the thermo-mechanical fatigue behaviour of cast aluminium alloys. The work involves extensive mechanical testing and material characterization to develop a deeper understanding of cast aluminium alloys used in internal combustion engines. Elanghovan Natesan is also part of LIGHTer, a Swedish national network of graduate students performing research on various aspects of lightweight technology.
