FreeRBMT12 Submission Instructions

All submissions are made through the EasyChair conference management system

https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=freerbmt12

Submissions should describe original work, completed or in progress, be anonymous (no authors, affiliations or addresses, and no explicit self-reference).

Papers must conform to the conference proceedings format, which is the CSLI style package for collected volumes: the LaTeX package is

http://cslipublications.stanford.edu/ftp-pub/publications/latex-package/latex2e-native/cslipubscollection.tar.gz

For the MS Word package, see

http://www-csli.stanford.edu/pubs/ -> for authors

The maximal length of submissions is 12 pages, in addition to the title page created by the CSLI style. The submissions must be in PDF format.

The submission deadline is 20 April, 2012 (you can choose your time zone).

The proceedings will be made available in open access through CSLI's Computational Linguistics ONLINE series. The volume editors are Cristina Espaņa-Bonet (UPC Barcelona) and Aarne Ranta (University of Gothenburg).

Where a submission discusses open-source software or data, in final publication it will be required to include information on how both the software and the data can be publically accessed. The software and data should be clearly licensed under an approved licence. A list of open-source software licences can be found at

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical

If you come across any problem with your submission, please do not hesitate to contact the organizers by email, aarne or caprotti at chalmers dot se.
