Samskapande samhällsplanering för energieffektiva och hållbara stationssamhällen
The project investigates the role of urban structure and planning processes for sustainable and energy-efficient accessibility and attractiveness regarding the interaction between regional and local structures and how the performativity of new and existing station communities can be developed. The project aims to develop knowledge, methods and tools for the planning and creation of regional energy-efficient structures built along the railway paths, as well as the existing and newly created small and medium-sized communities station. The project intends to from an energy efficiency perspective, explore and examine different approaches to the structural development of the station communities in terms of building development and infrastructure design at regional and local level. Furthermore, the project aims to further develop trans-disciplinary, co-creation and experimental planning and design as a means to achieve more energy-efficient, climate-friendly and attractive system of station communities.
